Unlockian provides a Work-Integrated Learning Platform offering:

• Engineering career tracks, corporate simulations, and code sprint modules
• Monaco-based coding sandbox and online IDE environments
• Automated Assignment Management System (AAMS) with Git pull request validation
• Verifiable proof-of-work project archives and performance diagnostics

2. User Accounts & Security

You agree to provide accurate information when registering an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Any automated attempts to bypass rate limits or compromise sandbox environments are strictly prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

• Learner Code: You retain ownership of the original code you write and submit within our sandboxes.
• Platform Content: Course materials, architectural specifications, simulation tickets, and platform software remain the exclusive property of Unlockian Inc.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Users must not:

• Upload malicious software, reverse-engineer proprietary engines, or conduct denial-of-service tests
• Submit fraudulent identity documents or misrepresent corporate or academic affiliations
• Attempt unauthorized access to other learners' private sandboxes or repos

5. Disclaimers & Independent Verification

Cryptographic verification hashes generated by Unlockian prove tamper-evident code commit history and test suite assertion passing. Hashes do not constitute official government background checks or academic degree accreditation, which require independent institutional verification.
